Jerrel began his career in 1993 as an Electrical Apprentice and graduated from the North Texas Joint Electrical Training Center in 1998. As an apprentice, Jerrel earned the “Apprentice of the Year Award” in each of his five years of training, while maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA. Jerrel obtained his Associates Degree in Electrical Construction from North Lake College in 1999, and he’s held a Journeyman Electrician’s license since 1998.

Jerrel began his career in 1993 as an Electrical Apprentice and graduated from the North Texas Joint Electrical Training Center in 1998. As an apprentice, Jerrel earned the “Apprentice of the Year Award” in each of his five years of training, while maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA. Jerrel obtained his Associates Degree in Electrical Construction from North Lake College in 1999, and he’s held a Journeyman Electrician’s license since 1998.
Jerrel’s passion for improving Critical Environments led him to focus on Central Office and Data Center Installations, and his background and experience in the construction, maintenance, systems installation and testing of these systems have aided many key projects. Jerrel works to separate GCATS from others by adopting new technologies, applying new techniques, and minimizing risk while working in these critical environments.
His participation in the design, construction and maintenance of Critical Facilities has gained him wide recognition as an expert authority on Electrical and Telecommunications matters among his industry peers, consultants and customers.

After graduating as a Hunt Scholar from Southern Methodist University in 2005, Ryan began his career as a Financial Analyst for Stryker Imaging, a subsidiary of Stryker Corporation. Ryan spent his first year in Deerfield Beach, Florida, focusing on transitioning the financials from a newly acquired small business into Stryker Corporation standards, while also becoming involved with the financial operations of the business. Ryan spent several years with Stryker and was eventually promoted to an Associate Manager in the Communications division, which focused on hospital construction.

Seeing the growth in the construction market peaked Ryan's interest eventually leading towards a shift to a new opportunity at GCATS Telecom & Critical Power Services. As GCATS has continued to grow, Ryan has continued to focus on efficient, managed growth through the implementation of new processes and software solutions.
Ryan's experience across multiple industries and innovative growth helps to ensure that GCATS continually offers unique and competitive solutions at a reasonable cost to the end customer.

He continued his education by obtaining various certificates in structured cabling, including: Corning Fiber Optics Installation Training Certificate, DC Power Systems Installation, and Test and Turn up Certificate from Argus Power Systems.
David Bonlie
Vice President of Operations
David began his career in 1998 as an Electrical Apprentice working on a variety of commercial projects, and in 2003 graduated from the North Texas Joint Electrical Training Center after obtaining his Journeyman's License. He continued his education by obtaining various certificates in structured cabling, including: Corning Fiber Optics Installation Training Certificate, DC Power Systems Installation, and Test and Turn up Certificate from Argus Power Systems.
David is certified by Corning to install, splice, terminate and test fiber optic systems, and is experienced in common structured cabling systems design, installation and testing. He is also certified to install, test and turn up Argus Power Systems.
David is well versed in the Methods of Procedures associated with the installation and maintenance requirements in critical environments, such as data centers, central office and communication hubs.
